A little about me:
I’m passionate about boxing and weight training. I believe that physical fitness goes hand in hand with mental well-being, and I love the challenge and discipline that these activities bring.
When I'm not throwing punches or lifting weights, you can find me with my nose in a book or two; I'm a firm believer in lifelong learning and personal growth.
When I’m not in bookworm mode I enjoy socialising over a good glass of wine!
