I am reaching out to ask for your support in promoting the upcoming Summit in Rome, Italy. Following a successful event in Montreal, we are very much looking forward to hosting the first summit in Europe in 4 years! Here follows an FAQ that should equip you with all the information you need to keep your members and communities well informed.

I'm a member of buildingSMART, can I get a discount?
Tickets have been priced to cover the high costs of hosting the event, making it very difficult to offer a discount. We are however committed to supporting Chapters, and to that effect are pleased to offer a 10% discount on physical tickets and a 20% discount on virtual tickets, for any orders of more than 10 tickets invoiced to the Chapter.
When will the agenda be available?
An overview of the week can be found on the registration page, and a more detailed agenda will be made available ASAP.
Where can I stay?
We have negotiated preferential rates at the Hilton Rome Eur La Lama, within easy walking distance of the venue. We expect the booking link to be ready next week, following which it will be added to the event page.
What if I need approval to travel?
At bSI we are ready to provide official invitation letters to companies or individuals where it would help get approval for ticket purchases, travel, visas, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask!
Can my company sponsor?
Yes, sponsorship is now available, although two types of sponsorship are now sold out (Platinum and Cocktail sponsorship). A full summary of the benefits and associated costs can be viewed and downloaded below.
